1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ClickSentinel platform and related services (collectively, the "Service"), provided by ClickSentinel ("we", "us", or "our").
By creating an account, embedding the tracking script on your website, or accessing any part of the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please stop using the Service immediately.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
2. Service Description
ClickSentinel provides an integrated SaaS platform for SEO Intelligence, traffic quality analysis, and fraud detection, including:
- Click Tracking: Monitor clicks on your website via a lightweight JavaScript snippet.
- Quality Scoring: Score traffic quality from 0–100, classified as Good / Suspicious / Bad.
- Fraud Detection: Identify bots, VPNs, datacenter IPs, duplicate clicks, and velocity attacks.
- SEO Audit: Comprehensive technical SEO analysis (100+ checks) covering Core Web Vitals, meta tags, structured data, and security.
- Google Search Console Integration: Connect your GSC property to view keyword data, optimization opportunities, and performance history.
- Site Monitoring: Track uptime, content changes, and website performance on a scheduled basis.
- Heatmaps: Visualize click heatmaps, rage clicks, and scroll depth on your web pages.
- Agency Reports: Export PDF/CSV reports for clients and partners.
- Automated Alerts: Receive email or Telegram notifications when anomalies are detected.
We continuously improve the Service and reserve the right to add, modify, or discontinue any feature, provided it does not materially affect the core functionality of your subscribed plan.
3. Account Registration
3.1 Creating an account
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering. Each individual or organization may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent Free plan limits is a violation of these Terms.
3.2 Account security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you detect unauthorized access to your account.
3.3 Google sign-in
You may sign in using your Google account. In this case, we receive basic profile information (name, email, avatar) from Google. Connecting Google Search Console is a separate step that requires additional permissions.
3.4 Account responsibility
All activities that occur under your account are your responsibility, including actions taken by third parties who access your account using your credentials, with or without your knowledge.
4. Acceptable Use
4.1 Permitted uses
- Embed the tracking script on websites you own or have authorization to manage.
- Connect Google Search Console properties for which you have verified ownership.
- Access the API within the limits defined in your subscribed plan (Starter and above).
- Export data for your legitimate business purposes.
4.2 Prohibited uses
You may not:
- Track users without their explicit consent as required by applicable law (GDPR, PDPA, etc.).
- Intentionally generate or submit fraudulent data (fake clicks, self-generated bot traffic).
- Exploit security vulnerabilities or attack the Service's infrastructure.
- Copy, reverse-engineer, or create competing products based on the Service's source code.
- Share, resell, or transfer your account or access rights without our written consent.
- Embed the tracking script on websites you do not own or manage.
- Use the Service for any purpose that violates Vietnamese or international law.
Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without a refund.
5. Plans & Billing
5.1 Available plans
- Free: $0/month — 10,000 events, 1 website, 30-day retention. Free forever, no credit card required.
- Starter: $5/month — 100,000 events, 3 websites, 90-day retention, API access.
- Pro: $10/month — 1,000,000 events, 10 websites, 1-year retention. Priority technical support.
5.2 Payment
Paid plans are currently managed manually — please contact [email protected] to upgrade. We are integrating an automated payment system (Stripe) and will notify users when it becomes available.
5.3 Event quota
Event quotas are soft limits — tracking is not blocked when the limit is reached, but you will receive warnings at 80% and 100% usage. Data beyond the quota is still recorded but not guaranteed.
5.4 Refund policy
We do not offer refunds for completed billing cycles, except in cases where the Service experiences a severe technical outage (downtime > 24 consecutive hours) caused by our system failure.
6. Intellectual Property
All source code, interfaces, algorithms, and branding of the Service are the exclusive property of ClickSentinel. Your data belongs to you — we claim no ownership over the tracking data, SEO audit results, or Google Search Console data you collect through the Service.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. We strive to maintain high availability but make no legal commitment to a specific uptime level unless specified in a separate SLA agreement.
SEO audit results, traffic quality scores, and other analyses are provided for informational purposes — they are not a guarantee of SEO performance or conversion outcomes.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ClickSentinel shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, or business interruption. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the total fees you paid in the preceding 12 months.
9. Data & Privacy
The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the tracking script and data collection complies with data protection regulations in your jurisdiction (including GDPR, PDPA, and equivalent laws).
10. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these Terms, fail to pay within 15 days, or engage in fraudulent activity. For non-critical violations, we will provide 30 days' advance notice. Upon account deletion, your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
11. Changes to Terms
For material changes, we will notify you by email and display a dashboard banner at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
